Made with Biodynamic® grown grapes. 60% Viognier, 40% Roussanne.

Opulent pale yellow, this beautifully blended wine has classic aromas of honey suckle and orange blossom with a spritz of citrus. Layered flavors of ripe apricot, Asian pear, and subtle hints of honey and flinty mineral notes lead you into a crisp, bright finish.  Pair it with Marinated Green Olives and Rosemary Roasted Almonds, Herb Roasted Chicken, Shrimp gratin, Green Curry, and Preserved lemon and tangerine Salmon in Parchment. Aged 5 months in neutral French Oak. Drink now – 2033+
