Opulent pale yellow, this beautifully blended wine has classic aromas of honey suckle and orange blossom with a spritz of citrus. Layered flavors of ripe apricot, Asian pear, and subtle hints of honey and flinty mineral notes lead into a crisp, bright finish.  Pair it with Fromage Blanc and Castelvetrano olive and nut tapenade on seed crackers, Butternut and Sweet Potato Goat Cheese Gratin, and baked Prosciutto wrapped chicken with sage.   Aged 5 months in neutral French Oak. Drink now – 2033+
