Crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the most coveted block at the very top of our vineyard, this wine captures the essence of our terroir. We used minimal new oak during aging to allow the purity of the high-elevation fruit to shine. The result is a vibrant, elegant Cabernet with a fragrant nose of dark cherries and cassis. On the palate, a lush medley of black plum and spice is framed by a subtle, savory hint of tobacco. Its exceptional freshness and long, graceful finish make it a true reflection of our biodynamic vineyard. Pair with Adobo-Spiced Spatchcock Roasted Chicken, Grilled Rack of Lamb, or Wild Mushroom and Truffle oil Pizza. Aged 18 months in French Oak, 10% new.  Drink now to 2039. 

100% organic Chardonnay from the North Coast appellation. This lovely bubbly is a classic meadowgrass, light straw color and has lively, persistent bubbles.  It's made in the classic Methode Champenoise style with aromas of lemon verbena, lightly toasted almonds and a hint of brioche.

Dark garnet in color, this luscious wine has elegant aromas of classic red rose and ripe black cherry that open up to a rich, deeply layered palate of dark red cherry, currants, and a touch of crushed mineral complexity. Offering a big, luscious mouthfeel and a beautifully long finish, this is a beautifully balanced powerhouse and can beenjoyed for many years. Pair with Beef Bourguignon with Herb Roasted Vegetables, Mushroom Risotto, grilled New York steak or Lamb chops with Rosemary.  Aged in neutral French Oak for 18 months.  Drink now – 2038.

Translucent candy apple-red, the perfumed, delicate pink rose and young thyme aroma leads into a ripe raspberry and spiced apple/cranberry finish. Pair with Brined and smoked Game Hens, Wine Lover’s Paella, Grilled Polenta Squares with Mixed-Mushroom Ragout, or Torn Prosciutto Salad with Pecorino and Toasted Hazelnuts. Aged in neutral French Oak for 12 months.  Drink now – 2033.

100% Estate-grown Syrah from the very top of the vineyard. Dark purple, inky and opaque this beauty has blended aromas of blueberry, soft leather, dried herbs and hints of violet.  On the palate it feels textured, viscous and powerful.  Pair it with smoked or grilled meats or Portobello Mushrooms, aged sharp white cheddar or Gouda, Beef Bourguignon or Cassoulet.  Aged in 100% French Oak for 12 months plus an additional three year’s bottle aging in the cellar, this wine will "wow" you!  Drink now to 2030+.

100% Grenache grown in the compressed volcanic ash “Dunamis Block” vineyard adjacent to the winery.  This challenging hillside produces wine with delicious fruity herbal notes.  A luxurious red hue with rich aromas of blackberry and cherry, this wine is perfect for pairing with your next barbeque or friend gathering for a family-style dinner. Ripe raspberry and pomegranate slow dance on your palate in what seems to be a never-ending finish.  Pair with grilled garlic & rosemary lamb chops, melting eggplant gratin, and grilled Moroccan spice-rubbed spatchcock chicken. Aged in neutral French oak for 12 months.  Drink now – 2031.

Dark garnet in color, this rich wine has a beautiful black cherry aroma that opens to complex flavors of black currant, anise, and espresso. The big cherry finish is silky and long.  This is a wine to enjoy for many years. Pair with Beef Bourguignon with Herb Roasted Vegetables, Prosciutto-wrapped Chicken with Dried Fig and Sage, and Castelvetrano Olive and Nut Tapenade. Dark and opaque, this wine’s shy aroma opens in time, revealing undulating wafts of herbs, potpourri and violets. The palate is structured with black fruit – blueberry and plum – and whisps of ginger and cinnamon. The finish has a bold minerality, making it an excellent food-pairing wine. Pair with Rosemary Lamb Skewers, Wild-Mushroom Gratin, or a Charcuterie/Cheese board featuring Spanish Manchego Sheep’s Milk Cheese. Aged in neutral French Oak for 12 months.  Drink now – 2035.

Made from 100% Estate Grenache, this Rosé is a beautiful pastel shade of yellow-orange and pink, with aromas of fresh strawberry and red cherry. Ripe strawberry and hints of citrus tickle your tastebuds with a refreshingly bright stone fruit finish. Pair with Fromage Blanc cheese, Duck Rillettes, Chicken and Feta Salad with Toasted Pecans, Smoked Salmon Nicoise, or Pan roasted Scallops with Tarragon-Butter wine sauce.
