2022 Mourvedre, Estate

Made with Biodynamic® grown grapes. 100% Mourvèdre

Dark and opaque, this wine’s shy aroma opens in time, revealing undulating wafts of herbs, potpourri and violets. The palate is structured with black fruit – blueberry and plum – and whisps of ginger and cinnamon. The finish has a bold minerality, making it an excellent food-pairing wine. Pair with Rosemary Lamb Skewers, Wild-Mushroom Gratin, or a Charcuterie/Cheese board featuring Spanish Manchego Sheep’s Milk Cheese. Aged in neutral French Oak for 12 months.  Drink now – 2035.
