100% Grenache grown in the compressed volcanic ash “Dunamis Block” vineyard adjacent to the winery.  This challenging hillside produces wine with delicious fruity herbal notes.  A luxurious red hue with rich aromas of blackberry and cherry, this wine is perfect for pairing with your next barbeque or friend gathering for a family-style dinner. Ripe raspberry and pomegranate slow dance on your palate in what seems to be a never-ending finish.  Pair with grilled garlic & rosemary lamb chops, melting eggplant gratin, and grilled Moroccan spice-rubbed spatchcock chicken. Aged in neutral French oak for 12 months.  Drink now – 2031.

Opulent ruby red, the lifting aromas of violet and exotic spice draw you into a dried rose petal and potpourri bouquet.  Bold flavors of black plum, bright fruit and a hint of sassafras coat the mid-palate as the flavors rise into a vibrant, long, cranberry finish. This classic yet elegant, super complex wine has layers and layers of texture and complexity that will continue to unfold beautifully as it ages. Dark garnet with undulating aromas of vanilla, cherry, soft saddle leather and a hint of sage, this wine is just getting started.  Fresh, bright red cherry-cranberry flavors fill the midpalate, then lay down on the finish with a blanket of warm, exotic spice. Pair it with Black Olive Tapenade, roasted Moroccan-spiced chickpeas or chicken skewers, grilled sausages and peppers on polenta, or a rich braised pork and wine bean stew. Aged 12 months in neutral French Oak. Drink now - 2032+.

A concentrated, rich wine with cherry and spice aromas that lead into elevated flavors of blackberry and wild raspberry. Layers of red berry and brambly flavors flow into a long, ripe raspberry finish. A perfect wine paired with Chicken Saltimbocca with marsala mushroom sauce. Dijon, garlic and herbes de Provence-marinated grilled pork tenderloin, Grilled Skirt Steak with Chimichurri, or Pasta with grilled garden vegetables and grated Parmesan. 100% Zinfandel from the Sonoma Valley Appellation

This bold wine has aromas of black plums, anise, and Blackstrap molasses. Flavors of exotic spices coat the palate with ripe blackberries and dried dates on the mid-palate leading into a fig and tobacco leaf finish. Pair with Wild Mushroom and Gouda Gratins, Grilled Lamb Chops or smoked Game Hens or Ribs.  Aged 36 months in 100% French Oak.  Drink now to 2028+

100% Zinfandel from the El Dorado Appellation

Organically farmed from a local vineyard, this bold, dark purple, concentrated wine has aromas of spice and wild raspberries. Jammy raspberry flavors with a touch of white pepper fill the mid-palate and erupt into an unctuous red berry finish.  When you break out the barbeque this is your go-to wine. Sip it on its own or pair it with Smoked Gouda cheese and charcuterie, Smoked Baby Back Ribs, the infamous Passport Panini, Grilled Steak with Chimichurri, or Garam Masala Chicken Skewers.   Aged 6 months in neutral French Oak.  Drink now to 2030+

Crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the most coveted block at the very top of our vineyard, this wine captures the essence of our terroir. We used minimal new oak during aging to allow the purity of the high-elevation fruit to shine. The result is a vibrant, elegant Cabernet with a fragrant nose of dark cherries and cassis. On the palate, a lush medley of black plum and spice is framed by a subtle, savory hint of tobacco. Its exceptional freshness and long, graceful finish make it a true reflection of our biodynamic vineyard. Pair with Adobo-Spiced Spatchcock Roasted Chicken, Grilled Rack of Lamb, or Wild Mushroom and Truffle oil Pizza. Aged 18 months in French Oak, 10% new.  Drink now to 2039.

A lovely dark garnet color, this wine has aromas of black cherry, dried flowers, spice and cassis. It’s full-bodied with concentrated flavors of dark fruits, violets and mocha. Refined and smooth tannins on the long finish keep you coming back for more.   Pair it with smoked or grilled meats or Portobello Mushrooms, aged sharp white cheddar or Gouda, rack of lamb, Beef Bourguignon or Cassoulet.  Aged in 100% French Oak (15% new) for 18 months.  Drink now to 2035+.

Dark garnet in color, this rich wine has a beautiful black cherry aroma that opens to complex flavors of black currant, anise, and espresso. The big cherry finish is silky and long.  This is a wine to enjoy for many years. Pair with Beef Bourguignon with Herb Roasted Vegetables, Prosciutto-wrapped Chicken with Dried Fig and Sage, and Castelvetrano Olive and Nut Tapenade. Aged in neutral French Oak for 18 months.  Drink now – 2038.

Dark and opaque, this wine’s shy aroma opens in time, revealing undulating wafts of herbs, potpourri and violets. The palate is structured with black fruit – blueberry and plum – and whisps of ginger and cinnamon. The finish has a bold minerality, making it an excellent food-pairing wine. Pair with Rosemary Lamb Skewers, Wild-Mushroom Gratin, or a Charcuterie/Cheese board featuring Spanish Manchego Sheep’s Milk Cheese. Aged in neutral French Oak for 12 months.  Drink now – 2035.

100% Petite Sirah. Dark and inky, this full-bodied wine has aromas of mocha, espresso and black currents that open up to flavors of blackberry and black plum, with a rustic yet refined finish. Another beautiful Central Coast Pinot Noir from the Chene Vineyard in Edna Valley. Cherry red with aromas of red currant, cranberry and winter savory, this delicious wine’s midpalate shows off bright raspberry and a hint of warm, dusty cinnamon.  The finish is long, savory, and spicy making you want to come back for more.  Pair it with smoked or grilled meats, rack of lamb, Chicken Saltimbocca with mushroom Marsala sauce, Beef Bourguignon or Cassoulet.  Aged in neutral French Oak for 12 months.  Drink now to 2032+.
