100% Petite Sirah.  Deep, dark purple with aromas of blueberry and plum.  The textured flavors are reminiscent of blackberry, ripe plum and cacao with just a hint of black pepper on the full, moderately tannic, dry finish.  Pair it with a cheese/charcuterie board, Wild Mushroom and Gouda Gratins, Grilled Lamb Loin Chops or Coq au Vin.  Aged 12 months in 100% French Oak.  Drink now to 2029+.

100% Estate-grown Syrah from the very top of the vineyard. Dark purple, inky and opaque this beauty has blended aromas of blueberry, soft leather, dried herbs and hints of violet.  On the palate it feels textured, viscous and powerful.  Pair it with smoked or grilled meats or Portobello Mushrooms, aged sharp white cheddar or Gouda, Beef Bourguignon or Cassoulet.  Aged in 100% French Oak for 12 months plus an additional three year’s bottle aging in the cellar, this wine will "wow" you!  Drink now to 2030+.

50% Mourvedre, 25% Syrah, 25% Grenache. Named after the block of vines planted below the old redwood water tower that used to supply water to this former grazing land. You’ll want to take this gem to your next barbeque or friends and family gathering.  Composed of French Rhone grape varietals, this classic blend has aromas of dried rose petals, potpourri and thyme that lead into a juicy blackberry palate with a luxuriously long, soft tannin finish. Pair with braised pork shoulder and Rancho Gordo lima beans, grilled tri tip or Portobello Mushrooms with rosemary roasted potatoes, or succulent baby back ribs. Aged in neutral French oak for 12 months.  Drink now – 2030+.

100% Grenache grown in the compressed volcanic ash “Dunamis Block” vineyard adjacent to the winery.  This challenging hillside produces wine with delicious fruity herbal notes.  A luxurious red hue with rich aromas of blackberry and cherry, this wine is perfect for pairing with your next barbeque or friend gathering for a family-style dinner. Ripe raspberry and pomegranate slow dance on your palate in what seems to be a never-ending finish.  Pair with grilled garlic & rosemary lamb chops, melting eggplant gratin, and grilled Moroccan spice-rubbed spatchcock chicken. This wine is a beauty.  Dried rose petal aromas with raspberry undertones and a hint of nutmeg lead into a juicy palate, lifted by brambly berries and thyme.  Its wild strawberry and spice finish tells you this youthful wine has a long life ahead of it. Pair this with Whole Roasted Chicken on an Herb Rack, Mushroom-Potato Purses with Tarragon, Grilled Artichokes on a Platter with Roasted Garlic Aioli or herb-crusted lamb loin chops.  Aged 12 months in 100% neutral French Oak.  Drink now to 2035+

This Rhone-style blend is medium garnet in color with aromas of raspberries, potpourri, and tobacco leaf. Big flavors on the mid-palate reminiscent of black plums, pomegranate, and dried thyme precede a lingering spiciness. Named after an old 1950's water tower on our property this classic Rhone-style blend exudes warm spice-box aromas of cinnamon, peppercorn, and clove. A mix of raspberries and cherries dance on the palate, with subtle black pepper notes leading into a textured spice and soft tannin finish.  Pair it with Port Braised Short Ribs, Grilled Lamb Loin Chops and lentils with herbes de Provence, or Chicken Tagine with green olives.  Aged in 100% French Oak for 12 months.  Drink now - 2029+.

100% Zinfandel from the Sonoma Valley Appellation

This bold wine has aromas of black plums, anise, and Blackstrap molasses. Flavors of exotic spices coat the palate with ripe blackberries and dried dates on the mid-palate leading into a fig and tobacco leaf finish.
