Translucent candy apple-red, the perfumed, delicate pink rose and young thyme aroma leads into a ripe raspberry and spiced apple/cranberry finish. Pair with Brined and smoked Game Hens, Wine Lover’s Paella, Grilled Polenta Squares with Mixed-Mushroom Ragout, or Torn Prosciutto Salad with Pecorino and Toasted Hazelnuts. Aged in neutral French Oak for 12 months. Drink now – 2033.
