The full-bodied palate unfolds concentrated flavors of black cherry, violet, and mocha with smooth yet structured tannins.  Drink now or lay down for maturing complexity over the years. Pair it with Wild Mushroom Soup with Truffle Oil, Grilled Tenderloin and Peppercorn Sauce, or Rosemary Lamb Skewers. Aged in 100% French Oak for 18 months.  Drink now - 2033+.

Wonderfully perfumed with spicy potpourri, sage and dried cherries. Complex and layered flavors of violets, anise and red berries with an intoxicating spicy roundness on the finish. Pair with grilled Panko-crusted goat cheese salad, Grilled Lamb Loin chops, and Coq au Vin. Aged in French Oak for 18 months, 20% new. Drink now to 2030+

40% Grenache, 40% Mourvedre, 20% Syrah. This Rhone-style blend is medium garnet in color with aromas of raspberries, potpourri, and tobacco leaf. Big flavors on the mid-palate reminiscent of black plums, pomegranate, and dried thyme precede a lingering spiciness. This wine finishes rich and full of texture. Whoa! Pair with Grilled Panko-crusted Goat Cheese, Coq au Vin, or Garam Masala Chicken Skewers with olive and tangerine. Aged 18 months in French Oak. Opulent ruby red, the lifting aromas of dried rose petals draws you into a lush pink rose bouquet.  As soon as you take the first sip it changes gears: dried cherries and thyme overlay the midpalate with a medley of savory dried herbs, allspice and raspberry. This classic, super complex wine has layers and layers of texture with a potpourri-raspberry liquor long finish. Pair this with Coq au Vin, grilled rosemary Lamb, or a rich vegetable minestrone soup.  Aged in neutral French Oak for 18 months.   Drink now – 2034+
