Opulent ruby red, the lifting aromas of violet and exotic spice draw you into a dried rose petal and potpourri bouquet.  Bold flavors of black plum, bright fruit and a hint of sassafras coat the mid-palate as the flavors rise into a vibrant, long, cranberry finish. This classic yet elegant, super complex wine has layers and layers of texture and complexity that will continue to unfold beautifully as it ages. Pair this Panko-crusted grilled Goat Cheese on Organic Greens, Coq au Vin, or grilled Rosemary Lamb Skewers.  Aged in neutral French Oak for 18 months.   Drink now – 2038+
