2022 Cab Syrah, Estate

Made with Biodynamic® grown grapes. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Syrah
 

Dark garnet in color, this rich wine has a beautiful black cherry aroma that opens to complex flavors of black currant, anise, and espresso. The big cherry finish is silky and long.  This is a wine to enjoy for many years. Pair with Beef Bourguignon with Herb Roasted Vegetables, Prosciutto-wrapped Chicken with Dried Fig and Sage, and Castelvetrano Olive and Nut Tapenade. Aged in neutral French Oak for 18 months.  Drink now – 2038.
