2023 Water Tower Blanc, Estate

Made with Biodynamic® grown grapes. 48% Roussanne, 43% Vermentino, 9% Viognier

Golden yellow, this beautifully blended wine has crisp aromas of lemon verbena and white flowers with a spritz of citrus. Layered flavors coat the palate with ripe apricot, orange zest, and subtle hints of mango and kaffir lime leaf. The finish is rich, long and round. Pair it with Fromage Blanc and Castelvetrano olive and nut tapenade on seed crackers, Butternut and Sweet Potato Goat Cheese Gratin, and baked Prosciutto wrapped chicken with sage.  Aged 5 months in neutral French Oak. Drink now – 2033+
