A concentrated, rich wine with cherry and spice aromas that lead into elevated flavors of blackberry and wild raspberry. Layers of red berry and brambly flavors flow into a long, ripe raspberry finish. A perfect wine paired with Chicken Saltimbocca with marsala mushroom sauce. Dijon, garlic and herbes de Provence-marinated grilled pork tenderloin, Grilled Skirt Steak with Chimichurri, or Pasta with grilled garden vegetables and grated Parmesan. Aged 12 months in American & French oak. Drink now to 2030+.
