100% Grenache. This expressive Grenache captivates with a nose of fragrant jasmine and sweet hibiscus flower, balanced by a hint of citrus. On the palate, it delivers a rich tapestry of pomegranate, exotic potpourri, and baking spice. The finish reflects the soil in which it is grown: volcanic ash adjacent to the winery, expressing stony minerality and smooth, medium tannins.  Pair it with brined and smoked Game Hens, Wine Lover's Paella, Grilled Polenta Squares with Mixed-Mushroom Ragout, or Torn Prosciutto Salad with Pecorino and Toasted Hazelnuts.  Aged in neutral French oak for 12 months.  Drink now – 2032+.
