Made with Biodynamic® grown grapes. 62% Grenache, 25% Syrah, and 12% Mourvedre

Wonderfully perfumed with hints of spicy potpourri, sage and dried cherries. Long textured flavors of violets, anise and red berries with an intoxicating spicy roundness on the finish.  Pair with wine braised shortribs, thyme and garlic marinated lamb chops, wild mushroom soup and grilled goat cheese salad with tapenade. Aged in 100% French oak for 18 months, 20% new.  Drink now to 2028+
