This wine is co-fermented and unfiltered to retain freshness and brightness. Lush aromas of apricot, citrus and lemongrass precede flavors of juicy orange, grapefruit and chamomile tea on the mid-palate.  The lingering finish wraps up with a hint of mango and orange zest. Pair it with Pumpkin Coconut Curry, Thai food, and Shrimp Gratin. Aged 5 months in neutral French oak. Drink now to 2030.

100% Chardonnay from the El Dorado Appellation

The aroma of this lovely wine makes your mouth water. Its opulent pale-yellow color invites you to inhale deeply whiffs of lemon verbena and hint of marigold.  This party wine is a crowd pleaser – not oaky, not buttery, but rather bright and fresh on your palate with and slightly “crunchy” nectarine finish. Put on some cool jazz and pour yourself a glass. Pair with grilled polenta topped with a fennel, artichoke and olive agrodolce (sweet and savory), fromage blanc cheese with herbes de Provence and seed crackers, Pan-roasted Scallops with Tarragon-Butter Wine Sauce.
