This Rosé is a beautiful pale pink-rose color with aromas of fresh strawberries. Red cherry and ripe strawberry flavors fill the palate with a refreshingly bright ruby-grapefruit finish. Pair with Fromage Blanc cheese, Duck Rillettes, Chicken and Feta Salad with Toasted Pecans, Smoked Salmon Nicoise, or Pan roasted Scallops with Tarragon-Butter wine sauce. Aged 6 months in neutral-oak barrels. Drink now to 2028.
