Crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the most coveted block at the very top of our vineyard, this wine captures the essence of our terroir. We used minimal new oak during aging to allow the purity of the high-elevation fruit to shine. The result is a vibrant, elegant Cabernet with a fragrant nose of dark cherries and cassis. On the palate, a lush medley of black plum and spice is framed by a subtle, savory hint of tobacco. Its exceptional freshness and long, graceful finish make it a true reflection of our biodynamic vineyard. Pair with Adobo-Spiced Spatchcock Roasted Chicken, Grilled Rack of Lamb, or Wild Mushroom and Truffle oil Pizza. Aged 18 months in French Oak, 10% new.  Drink now to 2039. 

100% organic Chardonnay from the North Coast appellation. This lovely bubbly is a classic meadowgrass, light straw color and has lively, persistent bubbles.  It's made in the classic Methode Champenoise style with aromas of lemon verbena, lightly toasted almonds and a hint of brioche.

Opulent ruby red, the lifting aromas of dried rose petals draws you into a lush pink rose bouquet.  As soon as you take the first sip it changes gears: dried cherries and thyme overlay the midpalate with a medley of savory dried herbs, allspice and raspberry. This classic, super complex wine has layers and layers of texture with a potpourri-raspberry liquor long finish. Pair this with Coq au Vin, grilled rosemary Lamb, or a rich vegetable minestrone soup.  Aged in neutral French Oak for 18 months.   Drink now – 2034+

100% Estate-grown Syrah from the very top of the vineyard. Dark purple, inky and opaque this beauty has blended aromas of blueberry, soft leather, dried herbs and hints of violet.  On the palate it feels textured, viscous and powerful.  Pair it with smoked or grilled meats or Portobello Mushrooms, aged sharp white cheddar or Gouda, Beef Bourguignon or Cassoulet.  Aged in 100% French Oak for 12 months plus an additional three year’s bottle aging in the cellar, this wine will "wow" you!  Drink now to 2030+.

Named after the block of vines planted below the old redwood water tower that used to supply water to this former grazing land. You’ll want to take this gem to your next barbeque or friends and family gathering.  Composed of French Rhone grape varietals, this classic blend has aromas of dried rose petals, potpourri and thyme that lead into a juicy blackberry palate with a luxuriously long, soft tannin finish. Pair with braised pork shoulder and Rancho Gordo lima beans, grilled tri tip or Portobello Mushrooms with rosemary roasted potatoes, or succulent baby back ribs. Aged in neutral French oak for 12 months.  Drink now – 2030+.

100% Grenache grown in the compressed volcanic ash “Dunamis Block” vineyard adjacent to the winery.  This challenging hillside produces wine with delicious fruity herbal notes.  A luxurious red hue with rich aromas of blackberry and cherry, this wine is perfect for pairing with your next barbeque or friend gathering for a family-style dinner. Ripe raspberry and pomegranate slow dance on your palate in what seems to be a never-ending finish.  Pair with grilled garlic & rosemary lamb chops, melting eggplant gratin, and grilled Moroccan spice-rubbed spatchcock chicken. Aged in neutral French oak for 12 months.  Drink now – 2031.

100% Viognier. (“Vee-own-yay”) Fresh and aromatic, this lovely white wine is your go-to for both summertime sipping or as a welcome wine for a holiday or Friendsgiving gathering.  The light straw color gives way to a delicately perfumed aroma of white peach and floral.  The weighty palate is bright with hints of kiwi and lemon. You’ll want to keep a bottle in the fridge to pop open after a long day on zoom or to serve as a welcome wine for your next gathering. Pair with hard cheeses, olives, and charcuterie, Grilled Panko-crusted Goat Cheese Salad, or Skewered garlic shrimp. Aged 6 months in neutral French oak. Drink now to 2027+

Made from 100% Estate Grenache, this Rosé is a beautiful pastel shade of yellow-orange and pink, with aromas of fresh strawberry and red cherry. Ripe strawberry and hints of citrus tickle your tastebuds with a refreshingly bright stone fruit finish. Pair with Fromage Blanc cheese, Duck Rillettes, Chicken and Feta Salad with Toasted Pecans, Smoked Salmon Nicoise, or Pan roasted Scallops with Tarragon-Butter wine sauce. Aged 6 months in neutral-oak barrels. Drink now to 2030.

Opulent pale yellow, this beautifully blended wine has classic aromas of honey suckle and orange blossom with a spritz of citrus. Layered flavors of ripe apricot, Asian pear, and subtle hints of honey and flinty mineral notes lead into a crisp, bright finish.  Pair it with Fromage Blanc and Castelvetrano olive and nut tapenade on seed crackers, Butternut and Sweet Potato Goat Cheese Gratin, and baked Prosciutto wrapped chicken with sage.   Aged 5 months in neutral French Oak. Drink now – 2033+

100% Chardonnay from the El Dorado Appellation

A gorgeous vintage joins our lineup of delicious whites. With its pale-yellow color and mouthwatering aromas of lemon and kiwi, this bright and fresh Chardonnay is refreshingly free of oak or butter. It culminates in a long, balanced finish. The perfect soundtrack? Cool jazz. Enjoy this with grilled polenta topped with a fennel, artichoke and olive agrodolce (sweet and savory), fromage blanc cheese with herbes de Provence and seed crackers, Pan-roasted Scallops with Tarragon-Butter Wine Sauce.
