Opulent ruby red, the lifting aromas of dried rose petals draws you into a lush pink rose bouquet.  As soon as you take the first sip it changes gears: dried cherries and thyme overlay the midpalate with a medley of savory dried herbs, allspice and raspberry. This classic, super complex wine has layers and layers of texture with a potpourri-raspberry liquor long finish. Pair this with Coq au Vin, grilled rosemary Lamb, or a rich vegetable minestrone soup.  Aged in neutral French Oak for 18 months.   Drink now – 2034+
