2020 Blanc de Blanc, North Coast

100% organic Chardonnay from the North Coast appellation. This lovely bubbly is a classic meadowgrass, light straw color and has lively, persistent bubbles.  It's made in the classic Methode Champenoise style with aromas of lemon verbena, lightly toasted almonds and a hint of brioche.  The mid-palate has rich flavors of pear, Meyer lemon and white flowers, and finishes bright, like sunshine in a glass, with a subtle minerality.  A perfect sparkler for celebrating life's daily ups (and downs), special or momentus occasions... and, of course, love.
