This wine has a lovely deep garnet color with aromas of potpourri, black plums and tobacco leaf, with flavors of Mediterranean spice, dried thyme and black licorice on the palate. Pair with Grilled Panko crusted Goat Cheese on organic greens, Chicken and Lemongrass Curry, or Grilled Lamb Loin Chops.
