This blend models a French Provencal wine from the region of Les Baux-de-Provence. Our modern style exudes aromas of cedar, rich black cherry, red currant and spice. On the palate red raspberry, ripe cherry and an overlay of spiced potpourri are followed up by integrated tannin and a long finish. Pair with Black Olive Tapenade, Wine Lover's Paella, Moroccan mixed-grill skewers, or Braised Lamb. Yowza! Aged 18 months in French Oak, 25% new. Drink now - 2030+
