This wine unfolds with perfumed aromas of red roses, tobacco leaf and allspice.  The palate shows off flavors of red raspberries and cherries with a hint of lavender and vibrant tannins, letting you know it's age worthy.  Pair it with a cheese & charcuterie platter, grilled sausages, and Port and Wine braised Short Ribs.
