Dark garnet color with opulent aromas of black currant. Rich flavors of black cherries, a hint of violet and anise, and a lingering spice finish are trademarks of this Estate biodynamic grown wine. Pair with grilled wild game, mushroom ragout on polenta, aged Vermont cheddar and charcuterie, and grilled Flatiron steak with peppercorn sauce.  Aged 18 months in 100% American Oak, 20% new. Drink now - 2027+
