This wine is a beauty.  Dried rose petal aromas with raspberry undertones and a hint of nutmeg lead into a juicy palate, lifted by brambly berries and thyme.  Its wild strawberry and spice finish tells you this youthful wine has a long life ahead of it. Pair this with Whole Roasted Chicken on an Herb Rack, Mushroom-Potato Purses with Tarragon, Grilled Artichokes on a Platter with Roasted Garlic Aioli or herb-crusted lamb loin chops.  Aged 12 months in 100% neutral French Oak.  Drink now to 2035+
