Made with Biodynamic® grown grapes. 

40% Grenache, 40% Mourvedre, 20% Syrah. This Rhone-style blend is medium garnet in color with aromas of raspberries, potpourri, and tobacco leaf. Big flavors on the mid-palate reminiscent of black plums, pomegranate, and dried thyme precede a lingering spiciness. This wine finishes rich and full of texture. Whoa! Pair with Grilled Panko-crusted Goat Cheese, Coq au Vin, or Garam Masala Chicken Skewers with olive and tangerine. Aged 18 months in French Oak.
