Alluring aromas of wild herbs from the countryside such as sage and thyme with an accent of potpourri and fresh strawberries. Silky flavors of cherries, pomegranate and lavender all come together with a spicy, lingering finish. Pair with Oven Roasted Moroccan-spiced Chickpeas, Grilled Panko-crusted Goat Cheese Salad, or Adobo-spiced Chicken Skewers. Aged 12 months in neutral French oak. Drink now to 2028.
