Golden straw color with aromas of marzipan and white flowers. The mid-palate has textured flavors of citrus zest and apricots while finishing with honeyed almonds and notes of tangerine. Pair it with Marinated Green Olives and Rosemary Roasted Almonds Herb Roasted Chicken, Shrimp gratin, and Preserved lemon and tangerine Salmon in Parchment. Aged 5 months in neutral French Oak.
