This Estate grown blend opens up with honeysuckle and orange blossom aromas with nectarine and lemon on the palate. The finish is long and lean with hints of almond and white grapefruit. It's a gorgeous, aromatic wine to sip on its own or pair with curries, coconut milk and ginger braised chicken, salads, chilled seafood, and grilled salmon. Aged 6 months in French Oak. Drink now to 2026+.
