Made with Biodynamic® grown grapes. 100% Estate Grenache.

Soft aromas of thyme, pink rose, and fresh strawberries. Flavors reminiscent of dried cherries and pomegranate coat the palate before expanding into an uplifting and vibrant raspberry finish with medium-grip tannin. Pair with Grilled Panko-crusted Goat Cheese Salad, Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Mushroom Madeira Sauce, or Adobo-spiced Chicken Skewers. Aged 12 months in neutral French oak. Drink now to 2028.
