This is a special bottling made from biodynamic-grown Pinot Noir farmed and made by our daughter, Gina, at Lady of the Sunshine Wines in San Luis Obispo. Aromas of dried rose petals, violet and tobacco leaf precede flavors of raspberries, red cherries and allspice. The elegant finish wraps up with balanced acidity and fine tannins. Pair it with Wild Mushroom and Gouda Gratins, Grilled Lamb Loin Chops or smoked Game Hens. Aged 12 months in 100% French Oak. Drink now to 2029+
