100% Chardonnay from the El Dorado Appellation

The aroma of this lovely wine makes your mouth water. Its opulent pale-yellow color invites you to inhale deeply whiffs of lemon verbena and hint of marigold.  This party wine is a crowd pleaser – not oaky, not buttery, but rather bright and fresh on your palate with and slightly “crunchy” nectarine finish. Put on some cool jazz and pour yourself a glass. Pair with grilled polenta topped with a fennel, artichoke and olive agrodolce (sweet and savory), fromage blanc cheese with herbes de Provence and seed crackers, Pan-roasted Scallops with Tarragon-Butter Wine Sauce. Aged in neutral French oak for 6 months. Drink now to 2029+
