Another beautiful Central Coast Pinot Noir from the Chene Vineyard in Edna Valley. Cherry red with aromas of red currant, cranberry and winter savory, this delicious wine’s midpalate shows off bright raspberry and a hint of warm, dusty cinnamon.  The finish is long, savory, and spicy making you want to come back for more.  Pair it with smoked or grilled meats, rack of lamb, Chicken Saltimbocca with mushroom Marsala sauce, Beef Bourguignon or Cassoulet.  Aged in neutral French Oak for 12 months.  Drink now to 2032+.
